Hofstra University/Nassau Community College
Long Island Expressway East to Exit 38, Northern State Parkway.
Take Northern State Parkway to Meadowbrook Parkway (you can - only go south) .
Take Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit M4/5 West -Nassau Coliseum. When you exit:

FOR HOFSTRA bear right at the first fork even though Hofstra sign says straight ahead. Follow road past Nassau Community College to the traffic light. Make a left at the light. Go past the first light until you see the sign on the right for the Hofstra Health Dome. Make a right at this entrance. The Physical Fitness Center (pool) is behind the dome.

FOR NASSAU COMMUNITY COLLEGE Same as above, except make right turn at sign for Nassau community College. Pool is in large building at the southeast corner of the campus.
