USA Swimming initiated this event in 2010 to promote
participation in distance swimming and emphasize its importance for
developing swimmers. Several members of the AGUA Senior Team
traveled to Princeton University during their grueling holiday
training week in order to swim a timed 1650 with Scarlet Aquatic
Club. The results of our swim were sent in and ranked among
all others in the country who submitted results for the
challenge. Times could be submitted from training swims or
from competitions. We are very proud of the AGUA athletes who
took advantage of this opportunity and put forth a great effort:
Shirley Chan, JR Chansakul, Charlotte Chudy, Alex Cirone, Jan
Klinovsky, Stephan Koenigsberger, Lia Neal, Daniela Rueda, Diego
Rueda, Griffin Schumacher, Nader Yamout, Maxwell Yeo and Annie
