From Triboro Bridge Take Grand Central Parkway to
Northern Blvd Shea Stadium exit.
Follow signs to Northern Blvd. YMCA will be
about one mile on the right.

Whitestone Bridge Stay to the right when coming off the
bride. Exit at Linden Place and follow as
above.
From Eastern Long Island L.I.E.
to Cross Isl. Pkwy. North (follow towards Whitestone expy). Exit at
Linden Place. Make a left at the light (Linden Pl) . Follow about 5
blocks to 35th Ave. Make left onto 35th Ave, Go 2 blocks to Union
St. Make right onto Union St. Go 1 block to Northern Blvd. Make
left onto Northern Blvd. The YMCA will be on your
right.
From midtown tunnel. Midtown
tunnel to LIE east --At shea stadium exit on to Grand Central pkway
west -go 1/4 to 1/2 mile and exit on to northern blvd east - stay
on that road over flushing bridge and continue on Northern to 138
street. Y is 138-01 northern blvd.

Westchester Community College is located in Valhalla, N. Y. It is
approximately in the middle of Westchester County. It is about 10
minutes from the Tappan Zee Bridge, 30 minutes from the Long Island
bridges and 15-20 minutes from the Connecticut line.
From the
SouthTake the Bronx River Parkway to the
Sprain Parkway. Exit the Sprain at Eastview/Route 100C. Make
a right and proceed about 1 mile. Enter the second gate to th
ecollege. Go 200 yards to the dead end, turn left. The
pool is the first building on the left.
From
George Washington Bridge Take Rt. 80 west to Rt. 287 south. Take Rt.
287 south to Rt. 78 west. Take Rt. 78 west to Rt. 222 south. Take
Rt. 222 south through Reading to the Lancaster area.
Stay to the left and exit onto Rt. 30 east (Coatesville). Proceed
less than one mile and exit onto Rt. 23 west (Walnut Street).
Continue west on Walnut Street for approximately 2.5 miles/12
traffic lights to the intersection of West Walnut and College
Avenue. Turn right onto College Avenue and proceed for
approximately 0.25 mile.
From Lincoln
TunnelTake New Jersey Turnpike south to I-78
west. Take Rt. 78 west to Rt. 222 south. Take Rt. 222 south through
Reading to the Lancaster area. Stay to the left and exit onto Rt.
30 east (Coatesville). Proceed less than one mile and exit onto Rt.
23 west (Walnut Street). Continue west on Walnut Street for
approximately 2.5 miles/12 traffic lights to the intersection of
West Walnut and College Avenue. Turn right onto College Avenue and

Take the Grand Central Parkway east until it becomes the Northern
State Parkway Proceed east on the Northern State Pkwy to the
Meadowbrook Pkwy south (exit 31A)
Take exit M3 W and turn right onto Merchant’s Concourse.
Immediately get in the left lane and turn left (east) onto Stewart
Avenue Stewart Avenue. At the first traffic light between Stewart
and Merrick take a right turn into Merrick Ave.
The Aquatic Center is located on the left if you drive along
Merrick Ave. Parking is limited at the entrance to the center but
there is plenty of parking spaces at Parking Field 1 which is about
1/4 mile pass the entrance. You can also park at Parking Field 6
which can is located not far after the entrance into Eisenhower
Park.
Take Northern State Parkway to Meadowbrook
Parkway (you can - only go south) .
Take Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit M4/5 West -Nassau Coliseum. When
you exit:
Bear right at the first fork even though Hofstra sign says straight
ahead. Follow road past Nassau Community College to the traffic
light. Make a left at the light. Go past the first light until you
see the sign on the right for the Hofstra Health Dome. Make a right
at this entrance. The Physical Fitness Center (pool) is behind the
dome.

Take Northern State Parkway to Meadowbrook
Parkway (you can - only go south) .
Take Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit M4/5 West -Nassau Coliseum. When
you exit:
Bear right at the first fork even though
Hofstra sign says straight ahead. Follow road past Nassau Community
College to the traffic light. Make a left at the light. Go past the
first light until you see the sign on the right for the Hofstra
Health Dome. Make right turn at the sign for Nassau community
College. Pool is in large building at the southeast corner of the
campus.

FDR to Major
Deegan North Go
past GW Exit, past Fordam Road exit, past Stella Doro Factory (on
the left), Take Lehman College, Van Cortlandt Park Exit. After Exit
stay to your left. Go past three lights. After 3 rd light stay to
your right (there should be signs leading to the college.
After your turn you should go to 2 nd light and turn left.
Parking should be on your left; college should be on your right. Or
from another direction (from the meet info):
via New York Thruway (87 North or South)
Exit at Van Cortlandt Park South, turn left and proceed uphill to
Sedgewick Ave.
Make left onto Sedgewick and continue uphill.
Turn right at Goulden Ave. (Keeping reservoir on your right),
Proceed south to Bedford Park Blvd. Parking lot is on your
right.
via Whitestone or Throggs Neck Bridges (495) Take
Cross Bronx Expressway to Rosedale Ave/Bronx River Parkway Exit.
Take BX. R. Pkwy North to Mosholu Parkway Exit. Follow Mosholu Pkwy
North to Paul Ave. (Traffic light past Jerome Ave Elevated Train
Station - I mile).
Turn left onto Paul Ave and proceed to Bedford Pk. Blvd. Turn
right, APEX is to the left, parking is straight
ahead.
By Public Transportation
Take the #4 train to Bedford Park Blvd.
Turn left
when you get out of the station. Cross bridge. You will see pool on
your left.

From North/SouthTake the NYS
Thruway 1-87 to exit 17 (Newburgh). Get off at exit 17 and proceed
through toll booths to route 17K. Turn Right at the end of the
Thruway ramp onto route 17K West.
Once on 17K, proceed 9 Traffic Lights. At eighth light keep going
straight. VAC pool is 1/4 mile on the left at Valley Central High
School.
From East/West Take 1-84 to exit 5 (Maybrook). Get off at
Exit 5 and turn onto route 208 North.

From New York City The
University of Connecticut is approximately two hours from New
York City. Take I-278, (Bruckner Expressway starts as I-278 and
becomes later I-95). Take I-95 east to I-91 north to I-84 east.
From I-84 east take exit (68).
Off the exit take a right on Route 195 south ( about 7 miles), and
follow signs to the university. Once on the campus take a right on
North Eagleville Road. Take first left onto Glenbrook Rd. At end of
Glenbrook Rd., go left on Hillside Road. At the second stop sign go
right on Stadium Road.

North/SouthTake the NYS

Once on 17K , Broadway in Newburgh, turn onto Fullerton Ave.

9-New Brunswick and pay toll. ** Follow signs for
Route 18 North-New Brunswick. Proceed along Route 18 North,
crossing the Raritan River on the John Lynch Bridge, approximately
3.7 miles.

If coming East on Route 66/Washington Street, turn
right on Vine Street, which is the first light past Dunkin’
